Scoring her second win from five starts at Moonee Valley on Friday night was three year-old Swiss Ace filly Federosa, a $60,000 Inglis Classic purchase from the Turangga Farm draft.
A winner at Morphettville two starts back, the Richard Jolly trained filly was tenacious to the line in snatching a half head win in the 1600 metre benchmark 70 event.
Bred and offered for sale by Turangga Farm, Federosa is a half-sister to stakes-winner Rose of Peace and is one of eight winners from Group II winner Rose O’War, whop produced a filly foal by Trusting last year.
